A colleague told me that every year, the NDP organising team would hang dried chillis to ward off the rain.
I'm not sure how true it is, but come to think of it, it rarely pours at the National Day parade. Just like how, it's extremely hot and humid today.
Maybe i should hang dry chillis for our photoshoot and wedding! ;)
