The fiance's birthday is next week and a while back, I decided to book us both a 2D1N Batam spa getaway to celebrate his hatch day and give ourselves a rejuvenating treat.
We'll be staying at this lovely boutique resort which has less than 10 rooms. It is highly raved about on TripAdvisor so I really can't wait to experience the place for myself. Counting down to the 3 hour spa later this afternoon too, for we sure need (and deserve) a good pampering before the wedding!
More importantly, I'm looking forward to a weekend without wedding planning. I told the fiance that we're not going to talk/do/think anything wedding related. The last one's a bit hard since it's going to be at the back of our heads no matter what, but we'll try!
