Days in Hong Kong - Kwan Kee

Kwan Kee is an old-school eatery which is famous for its claypot rice and other claypot dishes. We loved the food so much we made a return visit (will blog about it in a separate entry).

 Claypot Rice with Chicken.
The rice was fragrant and the chicken was juicy and tender. The only gripe I had was - instead of dark soya sauce, you drizzle light soya sauce for the HK version. I prefer dark soya sauce because it gives the rice a stronger, caramelized taste.

Claypot Beef Brisket with Radish - this was superb!
  Stirfried Kailan with Garlic
