Days in Hong Kong - Xi Yan

One of my best meals in Hong Kong was at Xi Yan.

Every dish, which we enjoyed in a stylish, cosy environment, was impeccable.

Soup of The Day
Sauted Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk - These were fingerlicking good!
Dan Dan Noodles with Peanut Sauce
Wa Wa Cai (娃娃菜) in Fish Broth
The husband had matcha tang yuan with black sesame filling while I had the apple crumble ice cream dessert
